Supporting Families of Younger Onset

Join the Alzheimer’s Association for a virtual seminar on Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 PM on Supporting Families of Younger Onset. Younger-onset Alzheimer's affects people under 65, with many in their 40s and 50s living full lives with families and careers. Families facing a younger-onset diagnosis are often misunderstood and under-resourced. Join the Alzheimer’s Association for a powerful and inspiring event where they will be showing The Story of Lorenzo's House, a short film about one family's journey with younger-onset dementia that led to a sanctuary of hope and light for families everywhere. Following the screening, they will host a dynamic panel discussion featuring young adults and families affected by younger-onset Alzheimer's disease. Resources for families, with a special emphasis on children and young adults affected by this disease, will be shared. Follow the link below to register. Webinar Registration - Zoom
